Susan Creeden   

My real estate career officially began in 2000, but real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a second-generation REALTOR® and Associate Broker, I grew up helping my mother with her real estate marketing. She was an award-winning REALTOR®, and her passion for the industry inspired my own. I am a member of Woodstock City Church.

Over the years, I have successfully represented custom home builders, residential land clients, and both home Buyers and Sellers throughout their real estate journeys. My experience includes new construction, resale homes, and land transactions on both the listing and buying side.

As part of a Military family, I am especially proud to offer a program dedicated to Veterans and First Responders. I also work closely with trusted lenders, home inspectors, and closing attorneys who share that same commitment to serving those who sacrifice daily for our communities and country.

The real estate industry has changed tremendously over the years, and adapting to shifting markets and evolving industry standards is essential. To better serve my clients, I earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, widely recognized as the gold standard in residential real estate, the "PhD of Real Estate". I also hold the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, considered the real estate equivalent of a master’s degree, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Management.

Education, experience, and ongoing professional development allow me to provide exceptional service with confidence and expertise. Many of my clients become lifelong friends and repeat customers, which is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

Being surrounded by knowledgeable industry professionals is incredibly important to me. My husband is a Forensic Structural/Civil Engineer, P.E., and an invaluable resource when structural questions arise. Having quick access to trusted expertise helps me better serve my clients throughout the buying and selling process.
